Worship Starts at 10:30 am (Winter Hours)

May 4 -- “Music Sunday Cantata”

We’ll celebrate May Day with a cantata by a Unitarian Universalist composer, Betsy Jo Angebranndt, “Songs of Celebration.”  The texts were written by Unitarian Universalist writers and ministers and the music is full of joy. 

Lay led service: Kathy Rochon, Music Director.

May 11 -- “On Stopping” 

In honor of Mother’s Day and her upcoming Sabbatical, Reverend Strecker will take a look at the importance of taking time out for reflection and renewal.

May 18 -- Religious Education Sunday: “Our Unitarian Universalist Principles”

We will honor teachers and learners of all ages during this intergenerational service.  The service will also include a recognition of our graduating high seniors, Jenna Ericson and Jesse Ettinger; and a recognition of the 8 youth who will be completing the O.W.L. (Our Whole Lives) curriculum.  The Grades 1-5 Group will share a story about our 7th Principle illustrating the consequences of not respecting the interdependent web of existence.  Music will be provided by the Young People’s Choir, Spirit Band, and Adult Choir. 

Worship Leaders:  Rev. Carol Strecker; Tracy Ericson, Director of Religious Education; the Religious Education Committee; and the children and youth.
