Meredith gave an inspiring reflection comparing between the physical and mental struggles of a marathon event and the coronavirus pandemic we are all now facing. She has and is experiencing both being a medical doctor and runner. 

Flower Sunday - Advice from the Flowers

A Lament for Our Times

This was a special Sunday of service orchestrated by our minister and two of our staff members in portraying their feelings from story and reflection with our world situation. It begins with a story called "The Rabbit Listened" by Cori Doerrfield, narrated by Emily C. Jones (RE Director), and intertwined in the service. The Reverend Lara K-J Campbell gave her reflection followed by the virtual choir and friends singing the song "I Believe" written by Mark A. Miller, followed by a second reflection by Molly Petrik (Music Director), ending with a moment of silence.

This memorial day weekend was spiritually led by Sara Lown, daughter of our own member Bob Lown. Sara was introduced by her father before we get to hear her homily. A true dad. 

Introduction to UUA Wellspring Program

The wellspring program has been an experiment in the past year. This service was an introduction and encouraging word to the congregation to think about engaging next program season in a formal program being introduced. The reverend Lara K-J Campbell introduced the program, and with slight pauses in the audio Margaret Jones and Amy Wood reflected on what this experiment year meant to them spiritually.
