Matt is well known in the UU congregations circle for his drumming, accompanied singing and reflections on the subject of practicing. This recording includes a story, Miriam and the Tambourine, and then his reflection on practicing to learn how to practice.

Quote from Matt Meyer "Don't try to be your best self today, just try to be the person you'd be if you were practicing being your best self."
